East Kilbride FC concluded preparations for the new Lowland League season with a commanding victory over East of Scotland League side Tynecastle at K-Park on Saturday.
All five goals came in a first half Kilby blitz, with Ross McNeill grabbing a hat-trick and Sean Winter netting, with the fifth coming from an own-goal.

Former Stenhousemuir & Cumnock Juniors hitman McNeill (pictured) demonstrated his strong finishing prowess, with a quick-fire hat-trick in the first 20 minutes, before Winter again found the net for the home side on 35 minutes.

A scrappy own-goal four minutes before the interval made it five, and Kilby gaffer Martin Lauchland was happy to ring the changes in the second half to utilise his squad.

The victory and performance was a boost for EK ahead of the first Lowland League match next Saturday, away to Whitehill Welfare.
