New East Kilbride FC boss Martin Lauchlan has added 6 players to boost his squad for the rest of this season.

Ex- Inverness Caley Thistle defender David Proctor has joined, whilst former Stranraer striker Kevin Schmidt has penned a deal until May.

Ex-Alloa defender Kieran Coleman has also joined, whilst former Wasps team-mate Steven Smith has signed on loan.  Midfielder Gary Giffin has also been recruited from East Kilbride YM, and Ryan Scott has joined from Shettleston.

Gaffer, Lauchlan told ekfc.co.uk, "The squad we have inherited was a bit thin, due to several injuries, even with the inclusion and promotion of our younger players, and I wanted to make sure that we were well covered until the end of the season.  We still have three League matches and a potential four games in the Lowland League Cup, so the new players have until the end of the season to demonstrate that they can add value to East Kilbride FC, and we are very excited to see them in action.
